Lodestone Games ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
This policy applies to all games published by Lodestone Games, including Super Water Sort, Sorted - Ball Sort, ParticleFace, AstroMiner and Fat Cats: Idle Tycoon.

Our games display ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising identifier and device information to serve personalised ads.
Before collecting data for personalised advertising, our games will request your consent where required by law (including in the EEA/UK). You may change your consent choice at any time through the in-game settings or through your device settings:
If you do not consent or opt out of personalised ads, you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
Some of our games are advertised in ChatGPT. When you tap one of those ads, our link service (hosted on Cloudflare) records OpenAI's click reference, which ad and campaign you tapped and your country, and passes a short random code to Google Play.
Where a game supports this (currently on Android), it checks Google Play for that code on first launch. This check happens on your device. If the installation did not come from one of our ads, nothing further happens and you are not asked. If it did, the game sends the code to our service, together with a random installation identifier and the installation time: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland only after you allow it, and elsewhere unless you turn measurement off. If the code matches an ad click, our service tells OpenAI that the ad led to an installation. OpenAI uses conversion data to measure, improve, optimise and deliver advertising services as described in its Conversion Terms. We do not collect or send your advertising identifier, name, email address or phone number, and installations that did not come from our ads are not recorded.
This choice is separate from consent for ads displayed inside the game. You can play either way. To change your choice, open Settings > Privacy options in the game and choose Don't allow measurement. This stops the game reporting to our service; it does not automatically delete data already shared. Contact us to request deletion.

Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Gameplay analytics can be retained as individual event and attempt records linked to app-installation or session identifiers, including in our analytics exports, as well as aggregate reports. These identifiers can distinguish an installation without providing your name or email address. Third-party services also retain data according to their own policies. If you request deletion of your data, we will action the request within 30 days.
Our advertising measurement service keeps ad-click records for up to 30 days and matched installation records for up to 90 days, then deletes them. Data already sent to OpenAI is retained under OpenAI's policies. Withdrawing measurement consent stops future reporting by the game.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through our games. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
